Worst courier company in SA

I would NEVER recommend them. We placed an order with a small business (Zensory Candle Co) and they fulfilled the order with the agreed time. However, Courier Guy's driver wanted to throw the package over the fence. Then managed to break half of the products in the package even though it had TWO stickers indicating it was fragile and not to stack on top AND it was packed according to guidelines. It took a whole ay to get a response and that response was automated, or the customer service agent didn't actually read the email. So, the small business owner offered to replace the broken products and a free sample with another courier free of charge. So Courier Guy won't take responsibility so this new business must absorb the cost and take responsibility.
