Worst courier company ever

Bad, bad, bad courier company. Courier Guy used to be one of the most trusted courier services, but lately they are overcharging like crazy. I sent a Moses basket with a stand from Johannesburg to Pretoria. The actual weight is 5 kg, the dimensions were correct, yet I was charged R240, only to later receive an email saying I’m “in arrears” and must pay an additional R210. They calculated a volumetric weight of 37 kg for a handmade grass basket with a lightweight wooden stand. That’s absurd. Even solid wood furniture doesn’t weigh that much. This is unacceptable and misleading pricing, and the service has gone downhill badly. Worst service ever. I won’t be using them again.
