WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

On 14 August 2023 I sent goods with Courier guy. I have received a communication advising that 2 of my bottles were damaged. My customer advised that there are 4 bottles damaged and my packaging was tampered with. I paid for a high risk item and now my parcel is damaged. I have been sending emails and all i get is SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. When i call i get put through to numbers that do not get answered. I will never every recommend the courier guy, i should have just stayed with postnet. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tracking number 3FRXGB
