WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER.

I deposited 2 different parcels in different deposit boxes, were both crossed delivered to wrong recipients- the one parcel was meant to be delivered to JHB, was sent to Margate, KZN and the second parcel was meant to be delivered to Margate, KZN was delivered to JHB. Spoke to the Customer Care via online chat 2 days ago when the wrong parcel was sent to Margate, KZN, I still haven't received feedback. The parcel that was meant to be sent to Margate but sent to JHB was fragile, received a call yesterday tell me something broke can their still send to my client.

Now this is becoming my problem, is there an OMBUDSMAN where I can lodge a complain.
