Worst courier Company ever

One would think that with close to 5000 bad reviews as apposed to not even 900 good reviews us as customers would shy away from using these guys! Once again against beter judgement I used them again and again my parcel was lost! This time they could not find it. Yes they will refund you once you have submitted the paperwork and invoices ect ect ect but not after making you wait a further 2 weeks and thats if they dont find a reason to not refund you. Beware! If your claim is not submitted within 48 hours, it is rejected(the fine print)! We should really start lookong at not supporting these companies that cannot Handle Your package as they say. Fast way is there to use guys. Even postnet does a better job. Yes the courier guy is the ceapest option but is it really? Is it worth the frustration due to incompetence? Is it worth your hard earned money? Short answer - NO!

Use someone else! Do not use these guys. And im saying this not because this is the first time but its because of years of bad service experience with them. Overnight does not mean what is says with them. Ot means 2-3 working days. But they dont tell you until thw package is sent and you query you delivery. Rwally the worst I have dealt with ever
