Worst Courier Company

This is the worst ****ing courier company, been waiting 3 weeks for a parcel, they delivered the parcel to an address which was not even mentioned to them, they should atleast have the decency to say that they ****ed up and sort the matter out, they keep saying that the parcel will be here the next day and that's only because I call them, it's already been a week, they do not even call back, I will not except a parcel opened by another person, a bunch of brainless idiots working at this place for them unable to sort a minor issue.
