Worst Courier company

The Courier Guy should not even get one star. This is the worst service I ever had from any Courier company. I had a parcel send to me from Mosselbay 22 March and today 5 April it still have not arrived in Bellville Western Cape - the sender send me another parcel shortly after that and that parcel also is still have not arrived Yesterday 4 April 2024 the sender send ne another parcel for the 3rd time I have been tracking that parcel and since 18h00 yesterday when I when on the tracker it was at The Hub - currently 5 April 17h19 it is still at The Hub Doing a online query they tell me the parcel will only arrive in Bellville on Wednesday 10 April How is this possible? Here are a few people and departments who need more than just training This is pathetic. Last year we had a similar problem and nobody can provide me with contact details for senior management It is time that these complaints reach the CEO
