Worst courier company

The company lost my parcel after questioning where it was or waht happend they neglected to follow up. After numerous calls I said the parcel was collected for delivery at the puddo locker and never arrived and cant say where it went wrong. They dont have any control on their delivery sistem to say where your goods are. I had to follow up constant about the progress of the investigation. Every time when you call the line drops when it is pit theough to a so called manager. This is the worst courier company no responsibility for their costumers packages
