Worst courier company

I have an account with courier guy. I have booked a pick up in montagu, Western Cape on the 17th of March and up till now they have not done anything to pick it up. Their service is horrible. Everytime I call the cape Town branch they have another excuse of why it is not collected yet. I starting to consider to find another courier company that will have pride in their work.
