Worst courier company

The courier guy can't locate my parcel.. I don't know if my parcel is missing or misrouted I have been calling since yesterday, their call center are rude, impatient as if they have been forced to work and they tell different stories. I just want them to locate my parcel tracking number TC6DGC. Their service nowadays is horrible and worst part is no communication
