Worst courier company

Obviously the people that gives 5 stars is people that had a good experience. In my case this company is so damn useless. I made a booking Thurs 3pm for collection Fri morning. It's Tuesday today no one collected the parcel. Tried to get in contact with them via email and calling about 100 times till now, no response and no answer. At this point I don't even know who or how to get a refund. Honestly a 1 star rating is not Even worth giving it to you guys. Highly won't recommend and highly DISSATISFIED.
