Worst company in South Africa.

Atleast they are consistent...consistently useless!They lost my package when they were hijacked and then refused to reimburse me even though I'm sure they have insurance,then it took them 4days to collect a package after the scheduled date and now they say they are going to deliver and then just don't-no reason or notice.I get the impression they don't have any sort of management.For a company that does only this,they are really dreadfully bad at it. And their customer service is a joke!!!
