Worst company ever - they will not fix my vehicle.

The worst company ever. I got bumped by 1 of your vehicles in February 2023 and the issue is still not resolved. I've been sent from pillar to post to contact Sebenzile who has not been helpful. I have been patient as I was told the claim takes 3 months and I should not fix my vehicle. The driver Lucky is also not helpful. WHEN IS MY CAR GETTING FIXED? I can not drive a vehicle that looks like this?
