Worst client service

Im very dissapointed in the service of Courier Guy. A parcel was send to me from cape town to Bronkhorstspruit and courier guy told the sender that it will be delivered overnight. and now today after they received the payment they say that Bronkhorstspruit is not included in their overnight service. And then when i asked them what time the parcel will be in Johannesburg they say that the dont know. This is really bad service, it is like they dont care and they dont know what is going on with their drivers. I have been using courier guy for a while now but with this type of service i will have to look for another courier company to support. Courier guy must sort out their management i see that there are many people that are complaining.
