WORST ATTITUDE FROM DRIVER (PRINCE)

My frustration is not so much with the company but the driver in my area. He has the worst attitude i have come across in YEARS. This morning he arrived when i just finished off booking my parcels. I just needed to print 2 pages and put them in the bags but he just refused to wait and left without taking my parcels. He's name is Prince- been doing our area for about a year and i have never had a pleasant experience with him. He is always in a mood- never smiles and is just absolutely rude! REMOVE THIS GUY- YOU DON'T NEED STAFF LIKE THIS!
