Worst Accounting Service

On the 17th of March I received an email saying my account is arrears with R61.00. Without questions I immediately pay my account aa I wasn't aware of it as we don't receive statements anymore.

Now a month later when I need a urgent collection I get told, sorry we can't collect your parcel as my payment hasn't been allocated yet.

What the hell??? They ask for payment they get payment. I ask for help & get told I must wait till my payment is allocated by Head Office. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Why pay for a service that you don't get
