Worsr courier company ever

Tge courier guy is probably one of the worst courier companies. After we have opened a contract with them one cannot get hold of them at all. Furthermore one of our parcels to the Value of R5000 got missing. Several attempts in two weeks we have not received any feedback. Secondly their phone is always busy and when you get through they place you on hold and hang up. This is after 22 attempts. Absolutely pathetic
