Worsed people to deal with!

Got Courier guy to collect my Generator from a company in Durban, paid R924.03 generator weighs about 70 kg got a little plastic bag the following day which is not for me so called the collected it and hopefully get it to the right owner, called to find out when my generator will be collected from the company and the lady said deal with the company the gave the wrong item??? So I said but the where ask to collect a 70kg generator not a small bag which was for someone else no help, not collecting not getting my money back, not going to deal with them again.
