Worse than Pathetic service

After an hour on the phone - me calling you - got cut off more than 5 times - refusal to put me thru to a supervisor or manager. Why does it take 3 days to deliver a package 11km further? Why does it take 5+ days to deliver a package from JHB to DBN? Nobody wants to answer me............ Most pathetic courier company ever - why my boss insist on using you is beyond my mind. You get paid to ruin packages and LIE to customers about it -I HATE YOUR COMPANY WITH A PASSION
