Worse Technical support for businesses

We have been trying to get hold of someone in PUDO working with integration of the plugin of woocommerce store and my website. Either we get to a bot, or if an agent replies they tell us to send an email to an address for integrations that does not work.

No where can we get hold of anyone who can assist my business . There are basically no one willing to reply or contact me to actually resolve this issue
