Worse service from The courier guy and RWS couriers

The courier guy is the most unreliable company, the package that was supposed to take 4 to 6 day took 12 days, they even transfer my parcel to the company called RWS and claimed they only deliver to specific places or specific days. I had to pay extra money for storage fee since I was waiting for a car spares part. Which meant I had to stay for 12 days without receiving the parcel. The worse courier company every. I tried calling both courier companies(The courier guy and RWS,) both of them could not even apologize for the delay, infect the lady at RWS dropped my second phone call and she was very rude throughout the conversation. I guess she thought her decision to cut the phone call meant resolving the problem. I am glad that we have hellopeter to write our reviews.
