worse service ever u guys damaged my goods🥹🥹💔💔

if it was for me I wouldn't even give them a star first of all I have been using the service for quite some time and never had issues ds is my second time booking a collection and I mst say in polite English it is a tooth ache but eventually I got it,but the condition I got it it was not it I requested a collection of 5 metal 4 plate gas stove of which 1 was bended and the other one some matel broke and the other one the actual plate the burner was loose and one I got with 2 missing legs how I still dont understand because It can only be that heavy things where placed on top and the only explanation is dt it was received damaged in cape Town and was loaded at the belly of the truck how is that my problem so I paid close to R3800 for the services for my things to be damaged and life must go on. I was informed that an investigation will be conducted from the time the package leaves the pick up point and I mean when collecting one should do an inspection now that I have paid for the collection no one cares about my damaged goods by your company, is this what I payed for courier guy not to care for my belongings that I entrust u with. such a service u guys give and this was negligence from your company and no one wants to take accountability.
