Worse service ever in your Queenstown Branch

I have been using this courier for years but my first time experience with the Queenstown branch!!! Worse ever. Starting with the consultant who I had to wait for her to finish with her personal call before attending to me, only to find out that my package is out without my knowledge. They don't communicate, they don't answer the phone when you call, they don't follow up! This company needs to train well their staff who deals with people upfront.
