Worse service ever

I went to the office and payed for a parcel to be collected at SANC with all necessary details for collection. Service has been canceled, when I phone to ask why does the website show cancelation l but I have not been informed, they said that they've emailed me, I asked to confirm the email address but they have no email adress on the system. O wow the service is pathetic. Consultant don't care to help at JHB branch, reply was go claim you money at your office in town. More time off work, more time and expenses to get to town to get my refund and yet no service received. I'll never make use of The courier guy and I'll make sure my family and friend don't either.
