WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY THE COURIER GUY

This company lost my package since NOV 2024, i lodged a refund claim , they requested documents which i sent and nothing was done, always when i enquire they always says they escalating the matter with no resolution,

now in the begining of January i enquire they requested the documents and said they processing the claim since 3rd of Jan to day when i enquire again they said i muist send documents

how can they lose package and not refund as well request documents 3 times and not resolving it

I HAD WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
