WORSE EVER POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

the COURIER GUY POOR SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. worse courier I ever used , I been started using this courier early this year but ever since I started before I received my parcel I have to phone different of the department all o hear from them is disappointed and bad service. Only one branch at port Edward ( kzn) the lady( Nelly) working there are the only person able to assist and solve thousands of mistakes done by other staff from other branches. And now I'm writing this message I'm so disappointed and frustrated I waited my parcel at the kiosk and tracking show is one the way and I'll received today, guess what when driver came has no parcel. I spoke to Neo guy from trucking department he told me that , my parcel were scanned and delivered but driver left it behind and he promise that following day I'll received my parcel guess what again I got a call from where I was supposed to collect it told me that my parcel still lofted behind. Honestly I have no reason to continue using this courier anymore. They still need to be trained for customers service and what they need to prioritize
