Worse Courier Yet

This company is the limit. I booked something from Cape Town to Robertson last week Wednesday over a 3 day delivery and was Quoted R280.00 for 23KG which was charged at 25KG. Today I find out it still is sitting in Swellendam and they now want to charge me R595.00 as the weight is all of a sudden is @30Kg but they charging me for 46kg, This is pure daylight ******* as in Cape Town upon collection the weight was correct and accepted as initially quoted. They refusing to deliver unless I pay the difference. How is it right that they can just to decide to change pricing and weight at will and then have the never to charge me more than double for half the initial weight charged. Then talking to their staff they treat you like they doing you a favour. I cannot for the life of me understand why such business can openly ripp people off and not give a damn.
