Worse courier company!!!!!

My parcel was sent out on the 27 of dec sat in the Johannesburg wharehouse for 2days!!!with no explanation why it couldn’t be delivered so I waited till Tuesday the 02 of Jan I told them to wait and give me 5 min I’ll be there to collect my parcel the driver so rudely tells me not to waste his time!!!!what about all my time you wasted!then the manager calls me to tell me I should go home the courier guy waiting so I rush home to find out they decided to leave for walkaville talk about wasting time!!! They call back to resolve the matter so I told them I can be at home by 2 and they promised to deliver then I waited another 45 min no parcel! I eventually call the driver and went to collect my parcel myself...no apologies of any sought more arrogant then ever! Worst service from this courier company!!!!!
