Working Hours are Too Limited

I depend on these couriers for my Etsy shop deliveries, and they are usually very reliable, however, on Wednesday the 27th of April, there was a holiday on which they did not work. After that, they did not work or move parcels at all over the weekend only to NOT work again on Monday because there was a holiday. When they opened up again, they were obviously very busy and overwhelmed through to Friday. I know this because my deliveries took twice as long to move from place to place. They would just sit!! You guys need to start working over the weekends. Take your holidays off, but FFS you are hurting your own business by not remaining open. How hard is that? Is it too much to ask to be paid 7 days a week?? Takealot is able to deliver over the weekend. What makes you so special?
