worker is treated unfair

My brother works for this company he was in training for three months with no pay...finally got employed in Jan and he earns R4500 no medical aid or any other benefits,he does'nt have leave or allowed to take sick he starts work at 5;30 at the warehouse to pack by himself and deliver yesterday he came back saying they will take R1000 out of his salary because a white lady reported him for bad driving on top of this they would ask him to work on weekends for free and they expect him to wash the bakkie and send photos I Wana take this to twitter and labour its so unfair I'm studying our parents died we depend on this money
