Won't trust them to handle my package

PUDO. Another 'if I could give minus stars' review. You'd swear I live in a hub like New York, the amount of times I get told that my selected pudo locker is full. Mind you, they always let me know the locker is full after 5pm so there is no obligation to deliver my parcel. Must be nice to take money for a service you can't complete. And again, 'you're welcome to collect at the depo' only to spend another 2 hours waiting in a hot car with a set of twins (because it was supposed to be a quick collection) while you try and do your job. *** are you guys doing? As long as you get the big clients you don't care about the service you provide?
