Willful misrouting and damage to package

Ordered acoustic panels from Johannesburg. Saw the delivery street address was the wrong number. Emailed and was told only the account holder can change that. That was done by the supplier and then (in what seems like spite) the package was sent to Cape Town instead of Limpopo. Sent back to Johannesburg and then to Cape Town AGAIN. Then returned to Johannesburg only to be told they had damaged the package so severely by then then that it could not be delivered anymore. More than a week later we are still waiting... This is pathetic, but I guess in the land of the blind...
