Will you trust this courier company ?

P Mahlangu in a clearly marked, the courier guy, Isuzu BP 51 BG GP bumped into my vehicle. Damage only R5000.00 but inconvenience, plenty. I phoned the courier guy and received a phone number for a Kagiso person, supposedly their Johannesburg fleet manager. What nonsense, this person acts stupid and his main object is to provide as little and false information as possible to stall for time and who knows what.<br> My insurance company had to join in to try and get the money out of the courier guy or their insurance. How long this will take is any-ones guess.<br> If the courier guy can't pay such a small claim how will they ever be able to pay if you have a big claim for packages lost or damaged. A Business should be judged on it's over-all performance and the courier guy fails totally.
