Why is the word courier in their name??

What a farce, booked them online for 5 parcels paid, waiting fo rthe last 2 days for them to collect no luck. Keep on phoning them all they can say is they are on their way, 2 days for overnight, you are a joke. Refund my money ill make use of a real courier.
