Why is my delivery canceled????

I have a package that was sent on the 04th December and today its the 13th December however my package hasn't been delivered, when I track my package it says it was canceled without stating any reason why. I tried contact the courier guy customer service without any assistance. My package has over 7 day without being delivered however we paid for the package to be delivered within 2-3 working day. I'm not happy with the service
