WHERE THE F IS YOUR SERVICE? ARE YOU RUNNING A MICKY MOUSE SHOW??????

Went into a local Courier Guy. They weighed it, blah blah blah, I paid for 48 hour delivery. It's now almost a week later and there is a "payment intervention" aka stop put on the package. NOBODY TELLS ME THIS. NO SMS. NO EMAIL. NO NOTHING. Exactly who am I meant to pay AGAIN to get this parcel delivered? My subsequent phone calls to the local Courier Guy assures me (3 days ago) that the package WILL be delivered. I check and the parcel still has not been delivered. Phone in AGAIN and ask *** is going on? Told I owe R160 when I've already paid at Courier Guy. If they are sub-contracting other companies for deliveries how the F am I meant to know who they are, what their banking details are etc. etc. NO NOTIFICATION about delay, payment needed etc. etc. What's the point of paying at the Courier Guy when miraculously my parcel now needs ADDITIONAL MONEY to get the package delivered. What kind of clown service is this? I see MULTIPLE complaints about how this company has gone down hill with this kind on nonsense aswell as delivering to wrong addresses, claiming nobody home when people are at home waiting for their package. I CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER from Courier Guy (who assured me he had made a note to deliver the package). Phone today, get told by a different person "I owe money"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is fishy AF.
