Where tf is my parcel? Why dont you ask for identification when delivering parcels

Cape Town - Why do you not ask for identification when delivering parcels, I was not home at the time and I was waiting for the driver to phone me for further instructions but then I just get an email saying parcel was delivered with a picture of someone **********ly writing my name on the delivery note and *****ing my parcel. Why tf is your drivers giving parcels to people that are not even on my property claiming to be me??? Or is the drivers *****ing the stuff and signing ?? This is bull**** they are accomplices in these crimes because why don’t you pick up your phones either
