What happened to Kim and my parcel?

Waiting for my parcel from the courier guy.Notification via sms received saying the parcel has been collected and in route.This morning I checked my track number only to see that it has been sent back to hub.Then WhatsApp their number and the lady by the name of Kim rep**** claiming that the driver got lost and called me and there was no answer.I even sent Kim my call records to proof that I never received any calls from them.Kim left me hanging on WhatsApp.Stopped responding.I had to call The Courier Guy Pretoria and the guy who didn't provide his name said they will deliver today before 12.I will be waiting.What happened to my parcel and Kim.
