What happened to Courier Guy

I've happily used The Courier Guy for years now. Up until the past few months their service has been spot on. My last 4 deliveries have landed up in different locations, currently my parcel is being sent back to where it came from?!?! When enquiring about the previous mess up, I was told that they were delivering it to Voortrekker street, that's why it went to the wrong town. Almost every town in SA has a Voortrekker street. Can the staff not read, do they just not care at all...?!?! What could possibly be the reason for this?

Mistakes happen, I understand that, but 4 times, and after the sender communicated these concerns clearly when sending the last few parcels, it still happened.

When I called the tracking department, I was first told that they would redirect the parcel and I must just keep tracking it. Then I was told to expect a call in the morning, then, either a call in the morning or the afternoon.

Courier Guy feels nothing for their customers.
