What happened @ The courier guy???

Sent an email to *** ; on this day: Sunday, July 05, 2020 7:40 PM received confirmation of collection booking(after having to send a follow-up email) - Mon 2020/07/06 11:14 BOOKED ON ***

Today when I phoned: According to lady answering phone ( after 5th attempt of phoning because the lines are not working properly) the parcel wasn't collected.

I have confirmation that it was collected!!!! From my supplier.

They will phone me back - 20 minutes later I phone again(again 3 times before getting through) Lady answers: She will email them and find out. Asks what type of parcel it is maybe they have already received it? WHAT!!!!! This is not the first struggle! Last week arranged for parcel to overnight on Wednesday, they specify it will take 1 - 2 days. Friday I phone, It isn't there because the other branch put it on the truck. Yet Saturday when I go and collect I still pay over night fees even though it was not sent to me with that service.

I have used The Courier Guy for years working at various businesses and I have never struggled this much. I recommended them because I was always happy with delivery times etc, but lately it has been a complete disaster.
