WHAT A WAIST OF TIME

I called cape town Couriers to say that the locker was faulty. George courier cant even help or tell me when a tec will come out because they dont even know when someone will come to fix the locker so that i can get my parcel!!!!!!! I’ve been waiting since last week Thursday. No updateds was giving. If i call Capetown they answer the phone and ignore me. I can hear they are typing but no one is speaking. WORSTTTTTTTTTT
