What a Disaster dealing with clowns

Worst service that you can get. Please do us all a favor and close you useless Tzaneen branch! The clowns working there are so *********** and useless that i am not sure if they should be there but rather still be in a cresh or in a school for people with special needs. I have send them a whatsapp just after 9 for an urgent collection and after 12 they let me know that the courier guy was there but did not had a waybill for my parcel. I phoned them and after the 9th attempt they answered the phone and i asked them oh we haven't looked at the whatsapp yet for the day. So my whatsapp was in time for collection. You will send your bakkie back there and have my parcel collected today i dont care how you get it done but it will be done. This is all because they are useless!! No wonder everyone in Tzaneen complains about them on facebook! Get a grip man!
