I just want to say BIG Thanks to The Courier Guy for the fastest courier service as well as splendid customer service. A special thanks to Shirley from the Johannesburg branch who really went out of her way to assist me and keep me updated throughout the whole journey. My package was suppose to arrive next week Monday / Tuesday as it was send via the ECO option from Durban but I received it this Friday morning at 10:00am. BRILLIANT GUYS. Other companies can learn from you as you have most definitely raised the bar for Customer Satisfaction / Customer Service in South Africa.
