Website tracking terrible

<p>My packet had to be sent from Pretoria to Pretoria It took me 4 days to get it plus when I called in to the call centre they said it wasn’t picked up yet. And I knew it was picked up. The tracking number also showed on the website as non-existing</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
