Website is almost unusable

Your website is a c**** to use, i had to close the tab and google send package pudo to get to a page with the send button, you'd think that being your core business you'd have a dedicated button on the home page initiate the process.

For line 1 of the address, say something like "start typing address..." For line 2 of the address, say something like "Complex/Business/destination extra details if applicable..."

^The reason for this is if you copy paste the address into the first line it just throws it away with no indication.

Throw some borders around the area which will be editable - separate the business area from the noise/white space.

I guess maybe just try use your own website or ask an elderly relative to give it a go and see where they get stuck, you have a good business model but the website is letting you down.
