We 'Forgot' to send the driver

Worst Courier Company ever! Whenever they make a mistake, all they do is say. Oops Sorry! No solutions offered nothing to help fix the situation only, sorry but we can't help you.

Booked a sameday, called at 1pm, only to be told, oops we FORGOT to send the driver. Sorry!

Same days are for emergency situations, if it was foreseeable the day before then it would be booked as a normal service. The fact that they FORGOT to send a driver is ridiculous and just shows what a mess they have on their side and how uncaring they are towards a small business. Their so called solution? "If you would like we can still send the driver to collect today and we can deliver tomorrow." Not two hoots are given that we have customers to service from our side and we needed this particular item today.

Worst courier for small business - would not recommend.
