We don't actually know what we did with your parcel

<p>I sent a parcel to Marikana. Should have been 2 business days.</p> <p>Marikana has one road. I'm told the delivery guy couldn't find it. And he didn't have a phone number even though I provided one. I provided an alternate number. Nothing.</p> <p>Tried phoning. They tell me the package will be delivered Monday. A week later. No refund. No apology. No explanation. Also no parcel. And no one will take my call. Been on the phone for 30 minutes now.</p> <p>I don't know if I want them to handle my package any more.</p>
