Wasting money

I booked a locker at Courier guy paarl, on Saturday morning 01 May 2023. When we went yesterday to drop off our package the courier guy was closed we drove by atleast 3 times. Today was the exact same thing. There is a 36h expiry time on the locker but how on earth are we suppose to drop off a package if your locations are not open during the day?
