Wasted delivery time

What a waste of time.... For both yourselves and customers.... I like that you guys look after your packages, and things get to customers undamaged, and your team is very friendly, how ever you not only waste your own time and resources but also waste customer time to receive packages .... Why on Earth? We are waiting on a package sent from Bloemfontein to Theunissen 100km yet you send the package 390 km to Johannesburg 290km that you drove after driving past our town, then 60km back in our direction to Vereeniging, then you have to drive 215km back to Welkom and 50 something km back to Theunissen !? so an overnight delivery becomes what a 2? 3 day delivery? As my package is still in Vereeniging since 6:45 am. And I suspect will not be delivered today. but only tomorrow .... really I can't fathom how this works....
