Waste of time

i made it clear I needed the item collected as was buying from someone I never knew, elderly and they cannot deliver the item... sent a whole email with all the information and then when i ask them when they can collect am i told it has to be dropped off.

Because I mentioned it had to be bubble wrapped that apparently to them means it was going to be dropped off???? is it not possible to bubble wrap at a residence?
